Description of Service
DSPyLab is an AI-powered prompt optimization platform that uses Stanford's DSPy framework. We provide tools to improve, analyze, and optimize prompts for various AI language models including GPT-4, Gemini, and others.
Account Registration
To use DSPyLab, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Payment and Billing
DSPyLab offers free and paid subscription plans:
- Free accounts receive $5 in credits upon registration
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.99/month
- Unused credits are not refundable upon cancellation
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DSPyLab to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with our services
- Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our platform
Intellectual Property
The DSPyLab platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your prompts and outputs remain your property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DSPyLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSPyLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your settings.
